  • No head coverings (religious exempt)

Child Passport Applications

Parents or guardians may apply for passports for children under 16. Both parents must consent.

Additional Requirements:

  • Child's birth certificate
  • Both parents' valid passports (copies)
  • Consent letter from absent parent
  • Court custody order if applicable
  • Two passport photos of the child
  • Child's proof of residence in UK
