Required Documents
- Current or expired Tanzania passport (original)
- 4 passport-size photographs (UK passport photo specification: 45mm x 35mm, white background)
- Birth certificate (original or certified copy)
- Completed passport application form (available at the High Commission)
- Proof of UK residence (BRP, utility bill, or bank statement)
- Payment: USD 90 or GBP equivalent
For children: Both parents must attend (or provide notarized consent from the absent parent). Bring the child's birth certificate and both parents' passports.
