Required Documents
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages
- Completed visa application form (online at visa.immigration.go.tz or from the embassy)
- Business invitation letter from the Tanzanian company/organization you are visiting, stating purpose, dates, and their registration details
- Company letter from your US employer confirming your employment, purpose of trip, and financial responsibility
- Passport-size photograph (2x2 inches, white background)
- Return flight booking
- Hotel reservation or accommodation proof
- Bank statements (last 3 months — showing sufficient funds)
- Visa fee payment

Option 1: Online (Recommended)

- Pay fee online by credit/debit card
- Receive approval via email (5-10 working days)
- Print the e-Visa approval letter
